Kicked from raid team due to colorblind

I have seen many raid teams with colorblind people and T11 has never been issue for them. My old team had SCH who has one of the best SCH's I have ever seen, well that is irrelevant, but anyways I think the way he did it he looked who had tethers and adjusted accordingly, for example if me and melee has tethers and we stayed at point A, it was obvious that he would go to point B if he had one.

Anyways there are many ways to deal with this and each teams should see which works best for them, I think there are other underlying issues why you were kicked and they used that as an excuse or you bent the story a little. Your profile says that your main class is a healer, so it could be that you are not a strong healer or made 24/7 mistakes, so they got rid off you.

"So my options are limited and may even have to quit the game as very few people are willing to help someone like me." also this just being a child for giving up so easily. You are not a martyr, you can find a new team, move on and I bet many people are willing to take you if you prove that you have what it takes.

Not everyone who is colorblind has the same spectrum or severity of colorblindness. For example, I have a form of total colorblindness. Total in the sense that while I can see colors, my brain has a hard time distinguishing large groups of them from one another.

Some people are only Green/Red, some people are only Blue/Yellow. Some people have monochromacy/achromatopsia (they can only see in greyscale and generally suffer from light sensitivity as a result.) Some people can be colorblind but more easily distinguish certain shades of red from green.

Just because you've seen a lot of raid teams with colorblind members, don't assume that all colorblind individuals are going to have the same experience in game. Because of my form of colorblindness, I had trouble making out Isgebind's dive AoEs because they were blue on white, and a similar issue with Shiva's Icicle Impact patterns (and most colorblind individuals have no problems with these at all.)

It's not unthinkable for someone to have issues with the T11 tethers.
