Improvements to the Action Bar and Unit Frames ?

In other topic was good suggestion

Pugulist and Gladiator for sure have abilities that they can only use after a successful counter or block. These abilities should be greyed out just like the abilities that have not had enough TP built up for them. I cannot count how many times I find myself trying to use heymaker whenever I cannot actually use it because it is illuminated as I can use it.
