The new change bothers me because hotbar 1 is where I had my keyboard command for my mounts, which made dismounting significantly more troublesome. My first action was to move my mount key to hotbar 2, but this felt weird to me and required changing the skills I had placed on that hotbar for multiple jobs. My final/permanent fix to this was to stop using mounts with abilities altogether, and move my mount key back to hotbar 1.
