Uhmmm. Their comment is very valid and not really offensive, in my opinion. Hawk's Eye is an extremely important buff that should be used immediately practically every time it comes off cooldown.

This is how i read this both dex and acc. at higher item levels you may never really need to use it. MY OPINION !!! I have over 600 acc I never miss I never use this. But what do I Know...I've only been play Bard or over a year my Opinions dont matter. Have am good day and keep that hawk up!!

The 15% increase to your main stat for 20s every 90s is the important part. The fact that you can't miss with Hawk's Eye up makes it that much better.

Brd directly derives its atk power from DEX, the +15% dex is a direct dmg increase buff for brd, regardless of the toss away acc.

Then you don't understand how stats work or what DEX is. Sorry, nothing more can be said here. You're literally gimping yourself by not using an amazing cooldown. If you want to talk about adding to the conversation then your comment was actually harmful to OP who wants to improve his dps (assuming op doesn't read the tooltip after your comment).

Accuracy cap for t13 is 535, anything more is a waste of substats currently (unless you can't acquire crafted/dreadwyrm gear).

I play bard once in a blue moon and I will gladly keep that Hawk's Eye up.

I think you are either incompetent or trolling, maybe both but, They changed the accuracy part on Hawk's Eye. If you do the math its better than a Dex pot on a shorter cd. That's like not using Internal Release because higher crit values scale down depending on how much crit you have. Literally makes no sense. Better yet, using Blood For Blood because the chance of getting hit and taking more damage.

To go back to trying to help the OP. . .

1) You're going to want to get Blood for Blood. It's a nice damage boost, and if your DPS is lacking. . .

2) Stop using macros for your attacks. You're directly losing uptime every time you use a macro like that. Yes, that means you need to get better at hitting more buttons.

3) Why would you expect a class whose highest potency is 190 to match a cure at 400 potency? Especially when SCH magic weapon damage is way higher than BRD physical weapon damage?
