Accuracy cap for t13 is 535, anything more is a waste of substats currently (unless you can't acquire crafted/dreadwyrm gear).

I play bard once in a blue moon and I will gladly keep that Hawk's Eye up.

I 've never meet any Bard at higher level that uses Hawks eye. But I guess WE're ALL wrong . I'm just going away my thoughts/opinions don't count or matter here.

PS: accuracy by 20% is part of the skill too by the way. If you need the 15% dex, buff you might be undergeared for you doing. Check your gear.

Dont forget, thats almost 100 dex in some cases. 100 dex, every 90 seconds pop that with a dex pot... thats the best 15 seconds of your life

The 15% increase to your main stat for 20s every 90s is the important part. The fact that you can't miss with Hawk's Eye up makes it that much better.

Brd directly derives its atk power from DEX, the +15% dex is a direct dmg increase buff for brd, regardless of the toss away acc.

I think you are either incompetent or trolling, maybe both but, They changed the accuracy part on Hawk's Eye. If you do the math its better than a Dex pot on a shorter cd. That's like not using Internal Release because higher crit values scale down depending on how much crit you have. Literally makes no sense. Better yet, using Blood For Blood because the chance of getting hit and taking more damage.

To go back to trying to help the OP. . .

1) You're going to want to get Blood for Blood. It's a nice damage boost, and if your DPS is lacking. . .

2) Stop using macros for your attacks. You're directly losing uptime every time you use a macro like that. Yes, that means you need to get better at hitting more buttons.

3) Why would you expect a class whose highest potency is 190 to match a cure at 400 potency? Especially when SCH magic weapon damage is way higher than BRD physical weapon damage?
