Slightly off topic but:

Is there a way to stop the "Pet" crossbar automatically appearing when you mount this, on a gampad pad? Its REALLY annoying because in order to dismount you have to switch back to your original crossbar.
You cannot add the mount button (to actually dismount) to the pet bar that appears when you activate the mount.

I'm kind of confused by what youre asking (and it's not your fault im just trying to remember what you're describing), but:

To switch from the pet/mount hotbar to your regular hotbars and vice versa, you can just press R1 by itself.
Also, you can dismount a mount without actually pressing the mount button on your hotbar by just clicking down the right analog stick
