Those are preliminary patch notes.
Are you serious right now?
Honestly, there are so many translation errors and mistakes in there...

There's plenty of time to roll on the loot between the opening of the chest and the next pull.
Not the issue. There could be eleventy zillion minutes before loot distributes and it won't matter if someone just plain forgets to lot/pass.There's plenty of time to roll on the loot between the opening of the chest and the next pull.
Someone who doesn't lot still shouldn't be getting loot in an instance where how much loot you can obtain is limited, period.
Give it up, you're just digging yourself deeper with each post. As it has already been repeated over last 6 pages, 5 min is plenty of time to lot. If you can't lot in that time frame on a regular basis, you're just being plain lazy.
The only real potential problem with this lies with the last chest of the dungeon. If all 7 other players quickly leave before you have rolled anything, even pass, will you automatically get the item?
Players leave some instances really fast, say much faster than a PS3 or slower PC can often load, or cos someone is still in the cutscene or whatever.
this DID used to be an issue in Crystal Tower loot but got patched out.
If it's the case in WoD, this needs to be fixed.
If he's forgetting to roll on loot then he's probably not very interested in it, period. It's also annoying to have to wait on loot just because someone isn't rolling.

"What if everyone just scrambles and leaves right at the end"
I have never once seen this in all the countless CT and ST runs where everyone just ups and leaves the second the final boss is killed. This to me sounds like a straw man argument.
This is complete bullshit.^^^^^while its nice trying to reverse what im saying to fit your argument, truth is that you just justified that unless you do something awkward, you can only do both if the group you are with is not rushing. And this doesnt just apply to end game raids. when you are in a regular 4 man dungeon and you are "NEW" to the game and dungeon and you happen to get speedrunners in your party, it puts you in a tough spot to hurry and roll while trying to check out what you are rolling on while other players are rushing. Like I said, its casual MMO, so why rush?
