Like many people said, this is just a fad. Wedding came out for less than 7 days and there were a lot of people waiting for it. I am pretty sure 2-3 weeks later you will be able to make your reservation without much trouble.

It's broken as fuck.... you pay them 40 dollars then line up and if your partner can't be home the moment 6 o clock hits.. then everything vanished and I mean EVERYTHING. They need to do refunds on this shit or make it so only one person needs to be there... mail the items to both people because at this rate there are hundreds of people lining up every singe week.. people who paid before xmas will be waiting until next year to get ANY reservation with a pm attached to it.. it's an instanced event.. FIX IT or prepare for the credit card charge backs.

It's probably already been mentioned but if you allowed for any time at all, what would you do as a guest who needs to attend two (or more!) separate ceremonies at the same scheduled time? What would you do if your best friend invited you to his which happened to be at the same time as your own?
I too thought the reservation system was a little odd, until I actually used it myself, and shortly after got 4 invitations from friends. At that moment I instantly recognized how important it was that they kept it on a reservation system.

while this may be true, that doesn't mean there is something about the reservation system that could be changed.
for example, the fact that you need to be in a party wih your significan other, in order to make a reservation.
I speak from personal experience, here... due to my work, I'm up at 6AM and I usually get home by 7PM... my boyfriend usually gets home later then me... that means that till sometimes around 9PM whe aren't online together, in order to make aour reservation. by that time, every spot is already taken. while I could maybe log in myself a bit earlier and make reservation for both of us...

I know a couple that's been waiting almost a month to get a decent time, and they been there every morning at 4am. Not looking forward to it myself. Broken system is broken.

Im hating this system as well. I work 12.5 hour shifts and work every other Friday, but my fiancee works regular office hours, so there is 0-0.5% chance that both of us will ever be online at 9am UK time in order to book a weeding at a time we can both make. It is such a stupid system.
Even if they made it so that one of us only could be online to book it that would help hugely.
