    2. We spent $40.00, but will now be forced to get married in the early morning or late night because of the issue above. By the time a daytime worker can actually get a prime-time spot, weddings will be old news and no one will want to set aside 1-2 hours to go to ours.
2b. This is very disappointing and made my girlfriend very upset. We spent $40.00 and were really excited and looking forward to inviting all of our friends that are online during peak times, but now we cant.

    3. Platinum bands get first priority on reservation times. This means that anyone with a lesser package, will face the above two issues for even longer.
3b. Sure we all could reserve a time for 2AM - 8AM, but who would want to attend it at that time if all your friends work during the day or would be asleep?

This just blows my mind. If they are your FRIENDS, they will want to go. Someone else complained about the exact same thing when weddings were first added, I said the same thing then and "weddings are a celebration, not an old raid". =_=

Besides, the whole thing doesn't even take an hour.

No one wants to feel like they're excluding friends who WORK FOR A LIVING because they can't get a wedding slot that isn't the crack of dawn or so late people are yawning through it.

People are paying for this service. They shouldn't have to make compromises when a plat pack costs almost as much as three months subscription.

Why is THAT so hard to understand?

Don't get me wrong, the 4 am thing is shit.
I was responding ONLY to the part I quoted about weddings being "old news". Please save your righteous indignation for a more appropriate target.

In regards to 2> With assumption that you mean at a peak hour but friends lost interest in the Eternal Bond function.... - If they were truly your friends, they would attend and wouldn't not want to attend just because the ceremony feature is old news o_Oa (if that made any sense whatsoever). If a friend - especially a close one - gave me that excuse ("it's old news now, I don't feel like going" regardless it's at a good hour), I would question some things... That's pretty much a 'Sucks to be you because now I'm bored with it'. I wouldn't do that to a friend - especially the close ones. I think I can take an hour or so from my gameplay/raiding/whatever to go to a one time event for friends.
Yeah, it may be a game wedding, but it's still an event regarding you and your girlfriend. And it's not like they physically have to do much. =p No getting made up and hair done and dressed up and worried/derping about looking fat in some dress they bought months ago and are feeling buyers remorse over. rofl. I attended my FC mates wedding in my pajamas (minus character wardrobe) and drinking accidentally cold coffee with Swedish ginger snaps.

Also with the rest of your post - While I agree for now - the timing is annoying.... that my.......er ....FC-Fiance? o_oa *Lack of better word/title* and I would have to wake in the wee morning hours (when we both work the usual full day shift) and then have possibly only outlandish times to choose from regardless... we're not in a rush to do it. While I'm fine and dandy being up till 12/1am and then getting up for work at 7/7:30am, she needs to sleep much earlier than I do. My FCmates wedding was at midnight - so I'm expecting something similar or worse. Sooooo, we're taking our peachy time.

I'm looking forwards to when the Bond Rush dies out, so we can have atleast a glimmer of a hope of selecting a more do-able time frame to accommodate my FC-Fiance, FC mates, our jobs/real life and myself without stepping on too many toes - and for the sake of consideration of all
