Define harassment. There are people that will report and demand someone be perma banned for something as simple as "Hey, X items consistently sells for Y gil. Could you please not undercut by 50% or more? Undercutting it won't sell faster, and selling higher makes everyone more money."

Something something "waah they're giving unwanted advice waah wah" etc etc.

Am I missing something? I would just be happy my stuff is selling I mean who gives a crap if someone buys it and then post it for more/less because if someone actually hit me up with a /tell saying you jacked up this price wtf?? I would just simply say "I'm no longer selling anything like that, sorry."

Also, i'm assuming here that these people are buying people out then jacking up the price? If I were a fellow crafter I would thank that person lol. cuz now if I make another its worth even more... if they are buying people out and lowering the price then who cares, your selling regardless and let them lose their money, they obviously will ot be able to keep it up. Like i said am i missing something here lol?

And yes they can bring back i90 gear, pretty sure if you can craft it they can find it.

Might be too much trouble for your crafter friend, but they CAN check the MB and look at the history right after their items sell. It will show you the name of the person who bought it, so when you see it get re-posted later, it should be easier to figure out who this person is who's deliberately buying items from you and then selling them for less.
Also, if the disgruntled crafters keep badgering you after you explain yourself and ask them to stop, then they're the real criminals here

Yes. The point here is not about the loss/gain of profits, nor about undercutting in general. It's about legitimate people being wrongfully associated with an illegitimate group. It ruins players' reputations.

Let me put it in perpective for you. How would you feel if you were reputable on your server for being a good raider with some serious skill and appreciated for helping others learn fight mechanics, etc, then a group of players decided to start spreading trash about you, saying that you were selling merc runs under the table (let's assume your fellow raiders frowned on that, in reality some do, some don't) even though you really weren't, thus tarnishing your good name? Soon people stop inviting you to raid with them, stop asking for your help, or stop talking to you altogether. Do you say "oh well, at least I got a few wins under my belt!" or does it make you upset that some asshats ruined that part of the game for you?

How is collaborating to corner the market illegitimate?

Who sees your friend as less reputable as a result, besides a few crybaby crafters that would never buy his stuff anyway?

And when it comes to this hypothetical situation you bring up... actually achieving a reputation (as in people know your name off the top of their heads and know your good) on any server is quite a feat... even more so if you are know for one who give back to the people and isn't a rage quitting boy. Anything anyone say will fail because skill cannot be talked away, good deeds cant be twisted into trash... like i said i would just keep being me because thats what counts.

Back to your situation... i don't see how this applies to crafting, if you are know for someone who would willingly craft anything for anyone regardless of commission or tips, then nothing anyone can say would change that (thats the only reputation based situation i can thing of here)... keep being you and the BS will fall flat on its face. because in the end IT IS about loss and gain, or else wtf you doing as a crafter?

Hmmm... Yes good point. Seems like since SE hasn't given us a way to remove craft signatures (and thus avoid this situation entirely from the beginning), the only real thing I can do is tell my friends to politely and calmly explain to anyone who approaches them that it's someone else buying up and re-selling their stuff and they are not part of this "faction". If those people refuse to listen... well... lost cause I suppose. Blacklist and move on. I was hoping for a better way.
