Doubt it. Alexander was shown to be in a mountain/hilly area, nowhere near a lake.

Alexander is part of Heavensward, therefore it's almost guaranteed to be located somewhere within the new expansion zones in the north of Eorzea beyond Coerthas.
And before you pass judgement (no pun intended), goblins are transient and migratory, and often travel on long journeys across Hydaelyn, meaning it's perfectly logical their 'Primal' exists in a currently inaccessible area.
But as they say, we'll find out soon enough.

He is literally standing in a lake though....

But what I think Terrini meant is that like the Keeper of the Lake (which we could see, but not access), Alexander might turn up in an area we already know. Though I agree with Enkidoh that he will likely turn up in a new area from the expansion.

Back to the Mamool Ja - they're a Beast Tribe that migrated to Eorzea, aren't they? I was under the impression that it was fairly recent. Considering how few we see in game, the bulk of their population is probably still in their homeland, so if we get to see their Primal eventually it probably won't be until we gain access to that area. My guess is that they're originally from Thavnair or around Radz-at-Hahn, mostly because the Mamool Ja in FFXI were around Aht Urhgan (which I imagine will be very similar to Radz-at-Hahn). Though the Mamool Ja could also be in the New World, for all we know.

Yoshi-p said that overtime you may see Mamool Ja having more of a influence in the storyline. At some point they may or may not have enough power to summon there own primal. Pretty much saying look forward too it lmao i pretty sure they would summon there own primal some time in 3.0 and we have to deal with them.

The mamool'ja actually come from the 'New World', that is, the mysterious unnamed continent to the west of Aldernard and Vlybrand that Limsa Lominsa had recently discovered just prior to the Calamity (Thavnair and Radz-at-han are actually near Othard, that's to the east of Eorzea). They were brought over to Eorzea as a cheap source of manual labour, to fill manpower shortages in the aftermath of the Calamity, but as the realm recovered and people started to get back on their feet, the mamool'ja increasingly had to fight 'natural-born' Eorzeans for jobs, thus causing a lot of resentment from them and sending many onto the streets and out into the wilds to become bandits and sellswords (the FATE in Eastern La Noscea '9 to 5' specifically mentions this).Back to the Mamool Ja - they're a Beast Tribe that migrated to Eorzea, aren't they? This is also why mamool'ja are currently only found in Vlybrand - it's the closest portion of Eorzea to their homeland.

I knew that much about them - though I guess I forgot that they are actually from the New World. Probably subconsciously remembered it which would explain my last sentence, haha.
Let's hope they won't have any Native American comparisons, then... Since the New World is almost definitely analogous to the Americas, it'd be ... Unfortunate if Native Americans were compared to a beast tribe.
