The Mamool Ja? They are a beast tribe, but from what we know, they don't worship any sort of deity so they wouldn't have a primal (things can change obviously). They, like the Goblins, tend to have better relations with the 5 humanoid races (you can see many Mamool Ja and Goblins doing business in the City States), so we would know right away if things go south.
Yeah, presuming you're talking about the "lizard folk" who show up in Wanderer's Palace in 2.5, that's the Mamool Ja. They're originally from FFXI, and the FFXIV version of the Mamools have a decent relationship with the Five Races of Eorzea, particularly the Lominsans. However, as work dries up following the conclusion of rebuilding post-Calamity, some of the Mamools who came to Eorzea for work have had to turn to banditry to make ends meet; certain FATEs and quests in East and Upper La Noscea deal with this, and the set-up for WPHM seems to be the same - as WP is basically "unclaimed", a group of Mamools seems to be intent on setting up shop inside, much to the distress of the now-sane Tonberries. I imagine the lead-in quest and follow-up will deal with this in more detail.
Always remember, please be careful.
So hopefuly in 2.5 we should see more of there story.
I think it's safest to assume (again, like Goblins) that they do, in fact, have a 'deity'. We just don't know of it yet.The Mamool Ja? @OP: Please look forward to it!
I'd think that the Mamool Ja worship Yojimbo. More of a practical ideal, much like Alexander for the Goblins, but you'd have to really whip a faction of them up into a fanatical frenzy to get them to summon anything as it's not really in their general nature to fawn over something like a god.

Do we really know that Alexander is the Goblin primal?
I can already picture the bathing-dance-summoning ritual...
Devs at fan fest said Alexander is worshiped by the Goblins.
It's possible Alexander will be revealed in a previously unaccessible area around the original three city states. I mean that's what the Keeper of the Lake dungeon is... You can see it on the Mor Dhona map.
