The Mamool Ja? They are a beast tribe, but from what we know, they don't worship any sort of deity so they wouldn't have a primal (things can change obviously). They, like the Goblins, tend to have better relations with the 5 humanoid races (you can see many Mamool Ja and Goblins doing business in the City States), so we would know right away if things go south.

I think it's safest to assume (again, like Goblins) that they do, in fact, have a 'deity'. We just don't know of it yet.
