Do private chambers expire if not used?

...It's well known that you lose your housing plot if you don't use it for a certain amount of time - 60 or 90 days, if I remember right. However, does this restriction also apply to individual Private Chambers within a Free Company estate? Assuming your Free Company's estate is still there, and you're still a member, of course... will you lose your own Private Chambers if they go unused for too long?

The land auto-forefit idea you mentioned has not been implemented as Cutie_McSniggles said.
So in short, atm you will not lose your private chamber due to inactive logon if the hosue still there ^^;
