Fix the basics first...

1. Fix the class system / battle system...this is FF...every class should be a FF class...not a therm-a-turd...or a pugilist...or what ever. The class system / battle system is the backbone to every MMO.

2. Nuke the wards...add an AH...keep the retainers....retainers are your mail and storage system still....go to the bells call them...get ur mail and store you items.

3. Easy search utility.... a simple "/sea all x-y invite" will do.....
Maybe even a party que....put in your role...tank healer DD...and get matched up with people to make a group of 4.....you will just have to find each other but already be in a party....

4. LS management ....no brainer

ONCE those 4 are taken care of....THEN work on content and zone rework etc etc etc
