T13 is beatable in almost full i110. Full i120 is more than enough HP.
I have left side full 120 but 130 hat and boots + 125 weapon and I still use tank ring for some extra hp my summoner T13 make our healers job little easier. Without tanking ring i would have 6077 hp with raid buff + black hq risotto. If something is possible do with minimal requirement, that does not mean you should do it in that way.
