    Perhaps maybe they won't have a trailer to prevent spoilers in the final portions of the 2.0 story. If so, I can wait another week and see it for myself.

    So you're saying... the marketing team behind FFXIV chooses not to show content like World of Darkness, New gear / recipe previews, new dungeons in a trailer...... kinda like they've been doing for the past year?

    I highly doubt that. These are smart people.. they know how to hide spoilers I'm sure.

    They’ve made a Mini (PR) site for each major patch, so i’m expecting one to magically appear on Lodestone somewhere this week. (^_~ )

    I don't really care about the trailer that much, but can we at least get an official response if the patch is the 20th or not? I want to book the day off work, and I need at least a few days notice.

    The only place I ever saw the date was on a Japanese gaming site, which could easily have been mis-information. AFAIK, there has been nothing official on the date from SE.

    Either they ran on unexpected problems or something else is going on. We should hear about 2.5 info this week. They tend to post official notices the last few days before a patch comes out.
