A sample size of two is too small, even if its 13 minutes long. Basically, only use it if you need the accuracy. That should go for any accuracy pieces, and obviously prioritise pieces with spellspeed/acc on.

After you have the Lilith Rod, create a new Scroll Sphere and talk to Jalzhon (w/e the spelling lol). At the bottom of the list is Zodiac Weapon Modification. =)

In your opinions, what is an acceptable amount of DPS I should be doing as a BLM (or if it's even acceptable to talk about it here) in T10? I am currently using the T1-B1 rotation (previously T2), but I'm looking for ways I can improve my DPS in terms of rotation.

low 400's to low-mid 500's depending on gear and comp. maybe slightly lower if targeted for mechanics multiple times.

Is this achievable in i113? Mostly i110 gear, with i115 weapon, a couple of Ironworks gear here and there, and Shiva bracelet.

If you are progressing and havent gotten a kill, i think 400 is a reasonable goal.

Ok thanks! Was told I was doing on average 375-ish. Will run some numbers tonight too.
