I'm pretty sure that the accuracy growth between i110 and i130 is so low because it was SE quietly attempting to nerf Healer DPS in endgame content... and I do say "attempting", because it has obviously failed because of Crafted gear.

Possible, the accuracy cap for t9 was exactly (not even 1 off) full i110 (not crafted) gear + accuracy novus + 30 Food.
But they did add crafted 110 gear..... So It is also possible the accuracy difference is to force the use of crafted gear to hit cap (helping other aspects of the game, crafting / gathering).
Or (third option) they have no plan and just do random shit. I mean....i90 gear had no accuracy lol.


The use of Crafted Gear to hit Accuracy should allow it, at the expense of something significant. For example, using Crafted i110 to hit the cap greatly reduces a Healer's possible maximum Mind and doesn't give them enough Vitality to hit the HP Caps of Final Coil. The i90 Accessories are what really broke everything. Compared to i110, using crafted i90 removes 25 Mind and allows a healer to have 5 accessories with 16 Accuracy, 15 Vitality, and some whatever stat melded to them. Each. For barely any loss in healing performance, this can be combined with food to get 488 Accuracy with non-crafted i110 body pieces. From there, all one would need is a Relic Weapon with Accuracy melded to it or just a single i110 left side piece capped on Accuracy to hit enough Accuracy to have 95%+ accuracy in T13.
