Well it's been announced for spring. While spring definitions do vary per culture, they are generally March, April and May (or April, May, and June if they mean the business Q2).
Since part 2 is announced for march, Heavensward would be April-May (and potentially June) but no later.

I'd bet May. It would give enough time for people to enjoy everything patch 2.5 (parts 1 and 2) would have to offer and for the Gold Saucer initial hype to die down enough to not make people too distracted from 3.0.

I dont see the expansion coming more than 6 weeks after 2.55. It is more likely to come 4 weeks after.

I dunno seems like too little time between everything, 2.5 and 3.0. With all the stuff in 2.5 I think there would be a good 5 months worth of getting everything in order in terms of character progression for 3.0. Then again June is still Spring which would be on track I guess.

World of Darkness, yes. I believe Relic is 2.51 with Golden Saucer.

I've been under the assumption that 2.55 will be in march, being part 2 and that Golden Saucer/Zodiac would be in 2.51 sometime around mid-late Feb.

Most people I know consider June to be summer time.

Also the reason there seems to be little time between some people's predictions is that they are splitting the last content patch prior to the expansion. There is not typically a large number of months between it and the expansion release in most games in this genre.

not really, it's not a new tier, we will get WoD true, but not a new end tiers, then.... don't expect people wait 5 month with WoD only.
