Well, without any real numbers we'll never know the win rate for Df teams in the newer Ex fights. I'am 0 for 54564 now (joking) and I dont think I'llbe able to clear Shiva Ex using Df anytime soon. If you've had batter luck using DF more power to yea.

So I did Shiva EX for the first time last night, using DF. Got 2 clears out of 3 separate attempts. Ramuh EX in DF was 1 clear out of about 20 separate attempts. The mechanics in Shiva are much more forgiving in DF situations. I do love the Ramuh fight, I think the mechanics are fun and it's a cool fight overall. But it's just too strict mechanically, for every player, for it to be farmable in DF. Do I think it should be nerfed? No.

I'm not a big party-finder/FC person. Most stuff I do with DF. But With Ramuh, I practiced in DF until I had the fight down, then had my FC run it with me to get the clear. You could do the same and use party finder for a clear group. If I ever feel like farming it I can join a PF group for that. There are always going to be some fights in this game that require you to take that extra step.

This weekend I beat Ramuh Ex and Titan Ex with my MNK and on a PUG in DF for both fights.

Why don't you instead take the energy you're using to cry on the forums and use it instead to build a network of players that you enjoy playing with and learn and clear content together.

She has a point, though. My FC hates Ramuh Ex. We tried running it once or twice to get me through it but didn't manage to clear, and after that no one really wanted to try it again. So you know what I did? I went out and joined PF groups to practice and get more experience until I finally got my clear. I could've come here and cried about how hard the fight was and how they need to make it easier. Instead, I decided to devote my energy to actually clearing it... and it worked. Just last night I helped two more people get a clear in PF.

Yes, it can be a frustrating fight if you get people who don't know what they're doing. I was in one group last night who didn't even have the DPS to get the adds down. Some people will fail at reading numbers over their heads no matter how many times you remind them. That's the point where you either leave and look for a new group or kick the people who are holding the group back. It IS possible to clear Ramuh Ex with PUGs. It just may take a few tries before you get there.

Seriously, all the primals can be downed in an afternoon with a group that makes steady progress and where people learn from their mistakes and don't rage at each other. That last point is really important for progression, and just good advice in general.

This is another post of hers that is actually correct... And for a change (with the exception of her opening statement was not bad at all for a respectful reply).

well since SE raise the item level..on one of the patch... raise the min ilvl too...
