Rukkirii, what do you mean by other means? What about the Onion Set? Some of us were still trying to complete our sets

At the very least you could find out for us what the point of faction leves is now that there are no viable rewards.

You do them for SP and gil as usual, which is what most people did them for to begin with as the rewards they used to offer weren't even that great most of the time.

I think other means is grand companies. They said event related gear would be through the grand companies too, wouldn't surprise me if we obtain AF gear from them later on.

Things like Mildewed Boots, Tattered Robe, Torn Coif were in chests way before the patch already.

This hasn't changed at all. You were able to get them on R30 leves of any kind before the patch and you're still able to.
