    How does perception in any way stop you from reeling in a fish that requires 350 gathering?

    Stuff like that is pure hearsay and speculation and I don't believe a word of it until a dev comes and tells me it's that way. Since RNG is a hard thing to prove.

    There's no proofs of it or any sorts, and I don't know how to explain it. I'm sorry. I just remember taking off my forager's hat when I still had fisher's set with gathering melds only and got the first big fish up without problems.
