One of the moogle mail quests has you speaking with Raya-O and A-Ruhn, who are integral to the WHM job quest.
But yes none of the DoW or DoM class quests are directly involved, though the DoH ones are (CRP and ALC especially with the one involving Jandelaine)

Ya it did but the Moogle Quest story was not about them but about the Mail Moogle himself. They only got involved since the quest provided the lore that those two keep a eye on the Mail Moogle and how he handles his Job.

Still, it lays the groundwork for what we MAY be receiving soon.
I can imagine having a letter to deliver to Oboro from Tsubame, for instance.
One of the small problems with some of the class quests, though, is that though they lack follow-through to an almost absurd degree (very, very few of the class quests have anything to do with the job quests barring the WAR and NIN ones, for example) they also lack a lot of meaningful reason via the moogle mail to contact the old leaders, since a lot of them have their matters dealt with internally between guild members. Unless the letter is actually addressed to you personally, there isn't a lot of incentive for the people involved to send letters, which is a bit of a hurdle.
The Job quests, on the other hand, are a bit of a mixed bag. Most would have some pretense for contact with a third party: SCH and SMN could be research results, WAR, MNK, NIN, and DRG could be missives from home, WHM has technically been done though they have such heavy political ties they fit in with basically everything. Haven't gone through BLM or PLD yet, though. BRD is a little tricky, though, but it could be done.
I guess the class quest pretense could be jobs for the guild, but that seems a little lazy :P
