    No, you want to have GL3 before you do anything else. It's the Biggest damage buff you get. (9% x 3)

    Yes, noted my mistake and edited the post.

    ALSO, i did some testing on the opener I mentioned, it wins overall by about 10 potency per second, which is ~20 dps on my gear.
