Not particularly (other than dat accent), I was just seeing it for the first time before I read your comment and it seemed topical.

Looking forward to the FFXV crossover event where Cid (XIV) and Cidney (XV) hook up, though.

I do hope our Cid doesn't trade his beard for a rack in the World of Darkness though, or you know, disappear/die for a bit... Wouldn't be the first time a Cid (or even this Cid...) has done such a thing, and if anyone should get stuck in the World of Darkness it should be Nero.

I doubt anything like that will happen to Cid. Most likely we will escape all fancy action style and then one big cliffhanger ending to foreshadow Cid and Nero's role in 3.0 Main Storyline.

I can see it now... Cid and Nero finally bury the hatchet before running into a Calamity orphan. 3.0 fluff fetch quests will revolve around helping Cid and Nero care for their adoptive daughter: Cidney.

In all seriousness though, I don't think I expect Nero to make it out. He may redeem himself in the end by saving Unei (he certainly tried at the end of Scyrus Tower), but I can't see him coming back... Well, I can see Cid getting trapped their for a while and Nero taking over for a bit... I just can't see what else they can do with him at this point.

Or a wife called Cidney! Even though any wife of Cid should be called Nancy! (see if any get that :P ) Is it a soft C (pronounced S) or a hard C (pronounced K) for Cidney? :P T'would be funny, Cid introduces his wife. "Heres my C(K)idney!

Totally happy about WP being hardicus modicus made. as seemed more lore should be gained from there. Same with AK, even happier it WONT be Horrible Vale XD

Hoping for some HD videos showcasing difference between DX9 and 11 soon, blurry screen caps aint so good to compare with XD Unless any know of some already posted........


Still hoping for a Gunblade job, with a good mix of melee and ranged abilties to keep up that constant pewpew stabbystabicus during fights.
