Switch to 5-mans to Alleviate DPS Queues

I assume 4man is to have the FF feel since that is the party in alot of the older games.

I do not feel it works well in a mmo formate. It limits the jobs types you can have and 2:1 dd vs others is not enough. Since most the jobs PLAYERS are a DD classes.
