Is your mail full? Maybe try deleting a few and see if it appears. Also probably not a bad idea to see if it maybe ended up on an alt character or something.

My mail isn't nealy full, I even deleted extra mails to double check. I'm pretty certain it isn't on an alt either.. If that's the case, could I mooglemail it to my main?

I'm sorry to hear you had this problem.. but you should really get ahold of se support, i don't know the number for your country. also place a gm call.

What's se support? My country code is +31 The Netherlands. How and where can I place a gm call?
