Question regarding yeti

IMO it's the healers role to places the spriggan since the dps the spriggan deal is so low and you really dont need to heal during this fight.. just pop med 2 + regen on the tank, get all the spriggan hate, place them in front of the Yeti, get all the snowballs in one AOE, repeat (easy and fast win because all the balls with get to 3 stacks) and Even If the healer get frozen from the aoe its no big deal since ppl get so low dmg from this fighr)

The problem is the spriggans move really slow so you waste it a lot of times trying to get them into place, with the method I use, you have healer on one side, range dps on other, depending on where the spriggans pop either healer or ranged dps agro them to pull them towards middle and anytime one spawns in middle no one touches.
