    Any healing tips for T13?

My group just started this fight and the healing is extremely intense. Any tips for how to effectively get through it from a healer perspective?

You have to coordinate with your healing partner phase by phase. (Also, know which cooldowns your tanks use and when and synergizing to that accordingly). Get familiar with the timings of the scripted spikes, as well as the amount of incoming damage, unmitigated and mitigation accounted in for. Doing so will enable you to use your GCDs and resources the most effectively.

To make a quick rundown, in our case it's basically:

P1: both healers heal the MT with the SCH fully focusing the MT and the raid healing being left fully to the WHM (except for Earth Shakers). The SCH heals the left Earth Shaker target and the WHM heals the right one. (Remember to top off the tank as a Flare Breath always happens after the third shaker).

P2: SCH fully on the MT with the WHM on the OT when the add is still alive (with the WHM having a Regen up on the MT too), both on the MT when the add dies each rotation. All raid healing up to the WHM again, except support AOE healing when need be (or if Succor procs off a Soil, if you use it for Megaflares at this point). SCH always has priority on the MT though. (Trust your WHM and keep the MT topped off during the Megaflare -> Flare Breath combo).

P1+P2, Selene is used. Eos is used from P3 to the end of the fight thereafter.

P3: Easier phase to heal through, but as a rule of the thumb, our SCH is healing the PLD and the WHM is healing the WAR. Both healers are handling the raid-healing here as required. It's a good habit to have a Succor up before you carry on to dodging Megaflare Dives, because the P3 Megaflares that follow afterward hit the hardest in the fight, with Dragon Kick + Storm's Path being unusable due to the boss being untargetable.

P4: SCH healing the PLD for Akh Morns whereas the WHM is healing the WAR. Earth Shakers are still left/right using the same rule as in P1. Raid-healing is mostly handled by the WHM, but Succors start becoming more important here with dual towers going out at times, per Megaflare, and with Gigas being un-Virusable (when you Virus Akh Morns).

The damage is consistently high, but if you coordinate well, it's a lot easier to handle and you can get more comfortable with everything, having the time to DPS if you minmax enough.

    Edit:

As far as further individual tips go, I don't know about WHMing specifics for T13 well enough to make a fully informed post on that and the spell usage and timings, but I can tell you that as a SCH, I Virus the 1st Flatten in P1. Ideally you will not get a 3rd Flatten, making it so that Virus is up for the 2nd time on P1->P2 transition and Gigaflare, which is for the SCH to Virus again. (Even if you get a 3rd Flatten, leave your Virus for Gigaflare). In P2, the SCH should always be mindful of their Aetherflow-stacks if they are left on the MT duty for the most part, because of the Flare Breath + Auto-Attack -combo (with potentially an orb also exploding on the MT), as well as the Flatten + Flare Breath -combo, per each rotation. It's imperative that the MT is topped off fast enough to a comfortable level, otherwise you're risking a death. If your SCH is not DPSing, they can get in the habit of Sacred Soiling most/all Megaflare combos in P1/P2. I personally omit as many Soils as possible at this point, due to DPSing a lot and having Shadow Flare up most of the time. Still, I sometimes use Soil in P2. If you don't Soil P2 Megaflares, you need to be careful if the Megaflare Tower is in the stacked Megaflare group, as that will be nasty damage overall. Don't blow your Virus/antibody carelessly in P2 and aim to have it up for the transitional Gigaflare that leads into P3.

P3 is a lot easier if you are not having troubles with the Divebomb coordinating, so there's not much to say about it. Just be mindful of the marked Megaflares here as they do a lot of damage. You shouldn't Sacred Soil these however, unless you use a stacking spot which you can reach fast and way before the Megaflares go out. (This is because of the Sacred Soil activation delay, meaning you'll likely waste a stack with no effect).

In P4, you should leave your Virus up for the designated Akh Morns, depending on your tank cooldown usage (Holmgang/Hallowed Ground - don't waste an antibody on these). Sacred Soil usage varies, but be very cautious of the damage here and shield as necessary.

Not a really good/helpful video, it is like a step-to-step manual which is very hard to listen to (the way he talks).

Healing highly depends on your partner and tanks and how you manage cooldowns. If you just follow this vid for example this will much likely fail. I'd appreciate a vid with more generic advices.

A few key pointers (rather than a guide which can be found everywhere):

Your first priority should be to scrape the group as far as possible through every last run. Don't try to be efficient at first, just keep the tanks up at all cost to maximise your learning time in the later phases.

Secondly, whilst it's pretty easy to figure out safe spots for SCH dps, don't worry about pushing it until you are confident and comfortable with that phase.

Consistency is the key to getting T13 down, comedy wipes in phase 1 one are both time consuming and demoralising.

In fairness, Hadley's commentary is more useful for someone who already understands the fundamentals of the encounter and is looking for some more in-depth info. He does have some useful little gems in there for sure.

That is true, but what I meant is, many of these in-depth concepts can only be executed properly if your teammates act respectively and everybody is well familiar with the encounter. I understood OP to get more beginners advices rather than squeeze out the last percents of perfectness.

No commentary but my PoV as WHM:

    http://www.hitbox.tv/video/348756

In some respects we are almost a polar opposite, Hadley does quite a significant chunk of DPS in phases 1 and 2 whereas I'm much more conservative, focusing on being as efficient and risk adverse as possible and allowing the SCH time to get dots up. I also have the healing roles reversed with myself taking the OT during phase 2 adds with the SCH handling the MT.

In other respects we are very similar though, positioning is close, we time our heals much the same and we both play chicken with the Bahamut train

As mentioned, it's well worthwhile looking over Hadley's video regardless of opinions once you have an evening or two's worth of runs under your belt. For example he does a great job of clarifying some of his timing which is super vital to ensuring you get smooth consistent runs with as little RNG tank death as possible.

Also, a SCH perspective from myself:
