24 $ for a riding animation ? ( yes the mount model and animations were already in the game, they only modified the pose of the character when you ride it, so much for 24 $ ) compare that to buying a game as an example, unless there are like 3 animations in most games it's far from worth it.

I really wish I understood the mentality of wanting to pay more than your monthly subscription.
Back in the 90s when you got most of your computer and gaming news from magazines, would you have agreed to pay more for a bunch of specific articles despite subscribing to, as an example, PC Gamer?
Do you go to your favorite restaurant when they're having a combo offer and tell them you want to pay full price because you like their food?
Is there ANYTHING else in your life that you go out of your way to pay more than you actually have to? How many other things in your life do you take care to pay less when you can?

Again, for you. This is a supplemental vanity item. You don't have to pay for it and nothing in the ToS says square has to offer to you at all.24 $ for a riding animation ? I wish people would understand what the subscription buys them. Because the vanity items are supplemental.I really wish I understood the mentality of wanting to pay more than your monthly subscription.

Your example is terrible. Those items aren't on in the combo. The subscription is a buffet and the cash shop are a la carte items. The subscription is basic cable and the cash shop are premium channels.

No one is being forced to use the cash shop, therefore the people who use it are not going out of their way.
When I buy a new car, sure you can buy the base model, its cheaper. But do you want heated cup holders, AC in the glove box, heated seats, a back up camera? Sure these things are not needed, but some people will want them and will pay the extra money for them, why? Because the option is there and they can afford it
I am talking about pricing, it's not because it's optional that it have to be overpriced ( 10 time the price it should be isn't a good price )
Because you are buying something overpriced and allow big companies to remove content they would usually put in the game to the cash shop just to make more money. Yes, you could have the wedding items for free, unfortunately some players used the cash shop and SE saw that they could take even more money from you. That's pretty stupid to me.
