I think it's interesting that OP thought (back when hunts were relevant) that B ranks were useless. People who hunted blew up everything, including B ranks, because those seals add up. Nothing was useless. You'd prioritize an A or an S over a B, sure, but you wouldn't just do nothing when no As or Ss were up - you'd kill Bs as you saw them.

That said, to bring this conversation into 2.45:

I wish there were no daily bill, and that the weekly bill became the new daily bill, letting you get 50 seals a day from killing B ranks each day. At least then you could farm up the seals needed for the frankly wildly overpriced vanity gear in a somewhat reasonable time frame.

Daily bills have a good use for people under level 50 to get a chance at SOME seals over time while still leveling up.
I'd personally like the "Daily" and "Weekly" parts removed and just let both be daily monster marks, and elite marks.

I think players need to complete a Lv50 quest to unlock hunts and seals? ^^;

You need to be level 50 to unlock the daily and weekly hunts, but once the feature is unlocked, you can do them with any job, including lower level ones. (Though for the weekly, you'd likely need help if below 50, or even newly 50 without a high iLvl weapon yet. A lot of the daily's, though, can reasonably be soloed on jobs you're still leveling.)

Allied Seals don't need to be unlocked, as you can do A and S rank hunts at any level.
(Once when I was on a new alt who must have been around level 10 or 12 at the time on her only unlocked class, an S rank spawned almost right next to me, so I joined in when the crowd gathered to kill it. I got I think it was 2 myth tomes and 1 or 2 allied seals, even though I'm sure that as a solo low-level character my damage was pretty insignificant compared to everyone else.)
