Not everyone has that option. Not as easy as you describe it to get 8 people together at a specific time in the day. Even if you make a static you can still end up with someone who doesn't have a base in skills because he/she bought all their wins. So you get them and have to replace them..you get another and same thing happens again. Unlikely you say but still possible.
