Also, I don't know what town you checked but did you try looking in Uldah's wards? That seems to be where most people park their retainers on my server and so that's where you find the best prices/selection. I just bought rank 20ish gears for my archer yesterday and while my colors are slightly mis-matched, everything was fairly priced.

the 1000000 on rank 12 pieces are people saving space but dont really mind selling it for an absurd price.

As of 1.18 the quest rewards have gotten really crappy, the only thing i ever see as a reward on leves other than gil is food items, which is rather annoying.

* Proper LS management options, such as kick, promote (with promotion names)
* Player titles.
* Option to sign crafted gear / weapons etc.
* Personal / LS housing
* Some kind of system to enchant / engrave gear/weapons. (hopefully materia crafting will be like this)
* Really...Really....Hard to get gear/weapons, possible "Dynamis" upgradeable gear / weapons. (Something to work hard to get / upgrade)
* Gardening ; ;
* Random Treasure Chest spawns in caves / certain areas etc.

Yeah I actually specifically checked Ul'dah since I know that's currently the "Jeuno" of XIV.

I've decided I'll just keep working at my synths and craft my own stuff as well as see what I can get from some quests. Soon as I can consistently crank out good, usable gear, I'll start selling it... for realistic prices.
