It's another moaning post about how the cash shop ~might ruin the game forever~ again. I've seen the same basic post from him before and others.

Do I think my sub is currently worth it? Yes.
Will this impact the future of the game negatively? Doubtful.

Sorry, that was slightly more direct than I intended, I've realized. I will continue to work on that.

Anyway, I feel like that's sort of a Faulty Generalization, because this topic is actually talking about something I have yet to see discussed. This is important because the attendance for this thread may not be the same lineup as it was for the others. After all, the purpose of a thread is simply to generate conversation and discussion, which I feel like this is succeeding in doing. It felt kinda like you were just trying to invalidate the OP right from the get go, instead of allowing for the discussion to be had or participating in it yourself. Sorry if this was not the case.

Not that I'm pro-cash shop or anything, but there have been plenty of people who talked about long term implications and the fear that every piece of future content might be considered for possible cash-shop-ability. This didn't really need a separate thread.

This didn't need a separate post either, though. The thread is generating discussion, which means it is serving its purpose. Also, for the question at hand: "Do you feel your subscription dollars are getting their worth? If you cut out all the content from the cash shop, are you getting enough bang for your buck?"

This is a very good point, thank you for spinning it this way. The expansion is essentially a paid bundle, but it is still an all encompassing paid bundle that does not share release frequency with Cash Shop updates. At least, traditionally... I do wonder how this expansion is going to play out!
