All the work for the model was complete and implemented in game already, except for making the mount available to players. Even without being on the dev team I think you'd really be hard pressed to say there was any difficulty getting it into the game for players (icons are really fast to make, from what I've seen at least). Hardest part was probably setting up the cash shop page to sell the thing lol.
SE has the right to sell whatever they want*, but Odin mount (imo) should have been in game subscription based content because it was /already/ in game.
*and consumers to stop paying when they feel like it is no longer a value purchase.
It was literally already compatible with ALL THE RACES.
Assigning a model to an item takes an incredibly miniscule amount of time.
Oh my dear god the entitlement. IMMORAL? Putting things in a cash shop is IMMORAL?!? This thread is flat out looney.
I didn't say you did.
I was poking fun at your statement "I'm a on a development team" because it says nothing to me, and for all I know you could just be lying. I'm not saying that you are lying, because you could very well be telling the truth. It's just that throwing that out there like that in no way gave you more credibility than you had beforehand. Based on what you've said so far I'm still convinced that you have no idea what you're talking about.
It most certainly is immoral when we're already paying them for the game itself, and each month following to continue developing the game.
