And it's fine now. Those things weren't in the game and they probably still wouldn't be. Also, just because it's datamined doesn't mean it's ready or working or anything more than a model or a placeholder. We haven't received anything extra in the cash shop we wouldn't have received already. Your argument holds water like a sieve. Everything was JUST fine prior to its introduction.
Hell we even have an Odin trial coming that could have easily dropped the horse. A mount that was designed and included in the game's files for months before the cash shop showed up.

You know, if you stay bent over like that all the time, you'll develop scoliosis. It's not a laughing matter.
and that means that the mount model is available in game for player use? Oh right, it doesn't.
Right, so no actual substantive response. Figured as much.
Or I am a realist that understands how business works and can recognize when I'm seeing knee jerk reactions and hyperbole.

Of course it wasn't available for player use, but it very easily could have been and would likely take only a few minutes to make happen seeing as how ALL of the work was already done for it.
You may understand how business works, but you clearly don't understand how game development works. Just because a business' number one priority is making money doesn't mean they should do it at the expense of their reputation and fans.
and you accuse me of not understanding development?
I'm going to go on a limb and say that I do understand how development works seeing that I'm a on a development team. I'm not seeing this doing any damage to their fans or their reputation at this point.
