Eh, so and so.
AA needs work, it's not too bad, but still feels awkward.
Dungeons are pretty fun, but this ARC only bullsh*t is getting on my nerves. Yeah yeah yeah, melee can do it, but you can't win against ignorance.

I actually went to check the Japanese forums out of personal curiosity after reading that. There are some complaints, but the one that wrote it either has some very selective reading or simply lied to put the patch in a bad light.I haven't really been able to try out all of the new stuff, but I logged on a couple of times to see what was it like and I was pleasantly surprised on the changes.
However yesterday I read here that the jp forum is full of people hating on the patch, and this morning yoshi goes and post something that seemed a lot like an apology for the update.
The patch ruled.
Of course it needs some tweaks, just like any other patch in any other MMO.
I have a lot of fun playing CON now.
It rules. Here is my review of the patch

https://www.change.org/p/phil-spence...atform-servers
Rules: Quests giving SP, collision changes, new BGMs, ninja-added imperial forces at r20 camps.
Sucks: THM AoE gimp, repair changes, gear damage on death/return, SP reduction during leves.
Meh: Toto-Rak, GC quests (so far), auto-attack, settlements.

I didnt actually give an answer for the thread, so here goes.
As mage i...well, i didnt see any problems with it, did some bitchin about
"Reriase" before before the patch was out.
But seeing as using return in dungeon's dont cost anything and automaticly
revives you at start of dungeon felt okay.
No need for "Reraise" at this time, auto attack for mages... solo it can cause
minor problems when trying to sleep a mob, nothing that cant be timed to perfection thou.
MP consumption was abit of a kick in the nuts, but nothing i cant deal with.
Makes the game a little less easy, so im cool with that.
What felt like a major drawback was the new "Repair" system,
god knows what use i have of all my "Fents" and lether "Spetch's" now.
Even so, it feels like it's abit easier to repair stuff now,
less failure for some reason. (wich i like i guess)
Oh and...
Leveling a "Gathering" class feels like its actually worth it now.
I used to be Noomy...then i took shiva's Hail Storm to my knee...
it's a start. Ask again in 3 months.
Repairs are 100% success now.I didnt actually give an answer for the thread, so here goes.

I have 8 crafts at 50. All I did was watch T.V. and spam standard for easy mode synths. Enjoy leveling those crafts in 1.19 and beyond everyone!
