I haven't seen a source for this either. I imagine that i130 gear will probably take you to 60 if you wish with no trouble, but I'd be surprised if there aren't cheap and easy upgrades at level 60 if not earlier. At the same time, I don't expect you'd actually have much trouble leveling to 60 in i110 or even i90 armor unless the upgrades are massive and immediate (eg. level 52 dungeons drop gear that is vastly superior to FCoB gear and then level 55 gear is vastly superior to that, etc.)
I expect the new "leveling quests" in the new areas to give catch up gear to equalize the playing field.I haven't seen a source for this either. Would gear people up so they aren't getting stomped by trash mobs if they stopped playing and aren't at a high ilvl and allow people to switch jobs/roles if they want to on expansion launch.
It also brings up the average ilvl so they can tune the leveling dungeons/content more easily.

I agree with what Vaer and Nutz said. I think i130 gear will carry players most of the way to 60, but I think that there will be upgrades along the way.
Also, considering the way gear itemized in CT and ST, I would expect the last part to be i120 gear. This will make it fairly easy for players to catch up alts for expansion leveling. Even with acquiring weapons. I would expect them to remove the loot lockout and add in the new UATS and oils so players can get the i120 weapons.
It would also seems logical, given that the expansion will probably begin a new kind of tomestone, that prior to its release remove the weekly cap on poetics.

They could do this or they could do what wow does and have the first leveling dungeon drop gear that was better then the last raid. Depends on how much they want to jump the ilvl between expansions. They have not said what their plans for the expansion yet in regards to how much ilvl goes up while leveling.I haven't seen a source for this either. or they could remove the lockout and implement you know.... something like content every month. You know the thing SE's 10+ year old other MMO is doing now...
Since SE likes to re-use outdated gear in new dungeons (Darklight, Myth gear, etc), I'm assuming they will use soldiery gear for lvl 51-55 dungeons. Then at lvl 56-59 dungeons, poetics gear would drop. It only makes sense to do this because they always allow a way to obtain outdated gear for glamour or other reasons. So in that sense, anyone who has i130 gear for expansion would be about 10 ilvl higher than lvl 56-69 dungeon that would drop poetics gear. I think that's what they mean by latest raid gear being entry level gear for lvl 60.I haven't seen a source for this either. As for FCOB lockout removal, I hope the rumors for loot restrictions are only valid until 2.5. Many players like myself would like to farm gear just for glamour, not e-peen so I wouldn't have to do this when expansion comes out. I have been farming SCOB and it takes a huge amount of time to obtain all gear for glamour. One of the tasks I want to get out of the way before expansion because I know most people won't look back and it would be tough to organize farm parties for older raids.
