Please quote me where the projected profits and budget for ARR were posted, otherwise this is baseless conjecture and assumption.
Assuming your average person on the forums isn't going to know the ins and outs of SE's financial outlook and budget it's safe enough to assume instead that they're going to do what absolutely every other company does (see below, or my previous post).

Every single digit earned from ARR is drafted BACK INTO THE COMPANY.

This is how every company works, if you have separate divisions (of which SE has a ton), when one product does particularly well in this case ARR, the money goes back into investing in other projects.

In order to get the finances to add an entire datacentre costing over and upwards 200-400,000 Euros, you're going to have to go above and beyond your projected profits.



Your confusing Vanity Items with Advatages. THOSE are the only real concern with a cash-shop.
If they were to add, EXP Buffs, Purchasable Currencies/Tokens, Pay-To-Acess Content, Gear with End-Game Stats, or even Gil.

However, this will never happen, Yoshida himself at the UK Fanfest opened by saying "No Pay to Win".
