Im just curious. Would you have preferred a long drawn out quest that involved grinding or heavy battles wiht your spouse and only your spouse that would have perhaps taken an incredibly long time as well as large amounts of gil (perhaps housing prices) and expensive crafting items in order to achieve the mount and minion? This is a legitimate question because it seems like you're wanting something that'd take an immense amount of time and in game money that would, perhaps, effectively gate those who are unable to do those types of things in game.

A 3m - 6m gil price tag would be enough, i think
Also 2m gil to divorce a golden wedding (the male pay 75% and all wedding items get removed, also divorce a standard wedding would be for free)

i will have prefer to have a long quest series asking to do stuff with the other you want to bond... this look soo lazy and greedy that why i was upset at the start. after i have seen how it can lead to something worst and did get really really angry.

but something bother me, it's like they announce stuff for age and when they arrive they are lack luster a bit like the personal housing... that was only allowing player to buy FC house.

ToS was last updated on August 24th of last year. The game didn't launch until the 27th. Unless you meant beta which wouldn't matter since beta was just that.

Ok, all I have to say to the white knights is do yourself a favor and read Animal Farm.
Maybe then it will sink in on what companies will do to make money.
They start off great with all of these good ideas and polices on how they're going to be better that what was there before then they nickel and dime you all the while convincing you its for the greater good. Then you end up in the same situation you left wondering how the hell it ended up this way.

Quit being horses and strive to be the donkey in this story. Stop following the pigs around buying into all their bull.

I thought this was a anti-communism movie?
With the farmer as a capitalist, the pigs as the communists , the "all are equal" as the ideology, that got turned later into "all are equal, but some are more equal", because the pigs (the communism leaders) became corrupt.

It's a book written by George Orwell, in regards to the Russian revolution. So yes it was written about communism, but that doesn't mean its point cant be used for current issues.
SE or any current company/government only cares about the money they make or their own bottom line. None of them care about us as individuals and they wont change their practices as long as it keeps getting them what they want. Just more people have to wake up and notice what is actually going on around them. The only person who is going to look out for you is you.

I'm not the one making outright claims as to what pay-to-win is. I said that winning is subjective, which it is. Therefore, pay-to-win can be applied to several facets of the game, whether you agree with it or not.

Getting a new mount? That's winning for a mount collector.
Getting a new minion? Same thing. It's winning for a minion collector.
