    There were a few mega SMN threads where this is brought up.

    It's a simple request. It's not a complicated change.

    Besides that, Yoshida already stated that additions to jobs will only be made in the expansion, since they don't want to give one job another skill but not to the other ones...
    I don't really see how that applies here. The Carbuncles have the exact same abilities as the Egis. It would mostly be a cosmetic option.
