It's not as if they have to redesign the Job. Just add 10 Potency to the Carbuncles' attacks. Add 2 spells to the Action list. Done.

Not sure why people seem to think if they bring something up in a format far detacted from SE and the mods SE appoints don't respond, it means SE is ignoring them.
