All told, a well played SCH in endgame content is higher APM than WHM. If any job of the two is lazy in play it's WHM due to the job being almost entirely GCD bound.

I don't think that the APM difference between whm and Sch is so high in endgame content, faery up your apm but decrease it too by beeing stupid and slow and demanding constant moving action (in endgame). Common cast time are the same for SCH and WHM, the fact you get 3 potentials instants every 60sec doesn't mean WHM doesn't have action to do in the same time. ^^'
If you think that Whm is lazy just because they got lesser APM you should play Bard/Monk/Ninja. ^^
