Well they said no to robes with existing hoods on them, but what of the new equipments that are just hoods? Would be interesting to see an option for them /visor=/hood to maybe show your face, or bring them down. Especially since it is it's own equipment separate from the body pieces.

If they made it into a simple vanish act then yeah it might be doable on a model swap or something. Although I don't see them making any actual motion, as they would have to account for the head piece equipped as well as the hair (which probably doesn't exist when you have the 'hood up' robes equipped). It also comes down to what their program allows them to do, it might not have the check boxes or w/e to register this properly (very far from an expert on this stuff, not claiming to be, just giving my point of view).

This could be an option, make a head glamour that are standalone and maybe ones that fit current hood-down pieces like WHM AF. Although I think pre-hooded robes are still quite stuck due to the slots taken in the equipment.

From what I understand the poetics casting head does just this. use the /visor command adjusts the hood a bit. it won't take it completely off and behind but it does let eyes be seen.
