You are not the only one bothered by this.
My fem roeg has a healthy set of hips, good sized thighs, and no butt. It just looks weird and stupid.
This is true for pretty much every other female in game except for the Female Lalafell.
Not to mention that the lack of a butt makes some gear look really weird.

I hope that SE reconsiders their decision on this matter since different people keep bringing this up.
