Technically this got a response like a year+ ago when this discussion was first brought up.
It's just been brought up again, and like the last topic, it's reached a large number of pages.
A simple solution. When the player first created their characters they (female) had the option to make the breast bigger. We all know that regardless of the characters breast size, they will always rescale to the size that fits the armour. That is why all the females with different breast sizes have the same size when wearing a armour.
Why not make it the same for the butts? Just give the players the option to have butts and when they equip a armour, they have the butt type that the developers intended for. This way the developers only need to make one type of butt size that they find fits all races.
This could work, right?

I'm ok with this suggestion since it's most easily seen in bikinis, skirts and most form fitting pants.A simple solution. Make a slider for Legs, where it adjusts the thickness of both your Legs and Glutes.
It would make it easier on the devs to adjust leg armor, so that your pants will scale with how thick your character's legs and butt are.
It's also practical because...well, as they say...Never skip leg day.

Well...there goes the excuse of playing a female character because you don't want to look at a man's butt all day.
Kudos SE. Equality wins yet again.
