Ability to Downgrade Elemental Crystals into Shards.

Aren't fire crystals worth more? Couldn't you just sell them and theoretically use the money for shards?

I'm assuming a single crystal wouldn't break down into a single shard, so I guess it would depend on that. I could sell them, but I have so much other stuff to sell that I'd sooner just hang onto them. They don't sell quickly and the market is pretty volatile - it goes up and down almost without warning. I'll use them... eventually... would be much better if I could convert them, though. I go through fire shards like they're going out of style.
