Xp party in XI lasted on average 1.5 - 3 hrs. Unless you joined 1 that has been going for along time.

So
XI: 1-2hr wait => 3 hrs of content (on a bad day... hell I level drk one of the "Crap Jobs" for xp and rarely waited more then 30-50mins)
XIV: 30min -40min wait => 30mins of content => ungodly long wait again
