So you continue to not understand that SE has their own Provider(s) that is directly connected to Level 3. You still fail to understand that SE also has that responsibility through the Provider they use.

You can't just toss up a DataCenter that has Millions of connections and data in and out of their networks and have T1 Providers give you unlimited throughput for free. They will cap your throughput if it exceeds or burdens their ports or exceeds your contract.

^ It's called dumb luck, your route is likely coming from different T1 Providers and multiple T2s through Canada. Your Route's throughput most likely has less traffic and burden.

Why do you think all residential ISPs that advertise speeds in fine print state within their networks. Because they don't control routing and throughput outside of them.

I don't care where the server is located nor do I want it moved. SE should be working with their Providers period.
